Despite positive basic economic indicators and increased consumer confidence indices, consumption of beverages did not recover in Q1-16. The volume in dairy drinks market is driven by white milk as in Q1-16 its retail prices declined to the lowest point ever. The hot drinks recorded positive growth in Q1-16 driven by the increase of hot tea consumption, as hot coffee volumes remained flat.
